Kisah ini sungguh sedih dan menyakitkan, namun tak dapat ku pungkiri kalau aku tak akan melupakan kisah ini.Kami menjalin hubungan yang cukup lama, slama 3th. kami begitu bahagia selalu melewati sedih,suka,dan bahagia bersama2.masih teringat jelas d ingatan saya waktu dia menyatakan cinta, yah tepatnya 24 n0vember 2008. saat itu saya menerima cintanya karena memang saya sedang single, tetapi pada akhirnya saya jatuh cinta padanya. dia pun yang awalnya juga iseng akhirnya jatuh cinta pula. dia begitu menyayangi dan mencintai saya.memang niat hubungan kami itu serius sehingga pihak keluarga pun sudah mengetahuinya, awalnya orang tua saya memang sedikit keberatan namun kami berhasil meyakinkan beliau bahwa kami niat serius. yah,saya memang sudah dekat dengan keluarga dia begitupun sebaliknya.
banyan halangan dan rintangan yang kami lalui tuk memperjuangkn cinta kami, dari longdist,pihak ketiga,serta beberapa masalah lainnya. namun cinta kami tetap kuat.
Dan sampai pada akhirnya dia memutuskan hubungan kami,tepat d 18agustus 2011. sakiiiiit sekali waktu itu hati saya, hancur, remuk redam. dia memutuskan hubungan kami dengan mudah hanya karena pihak ketiga, tak pernah terlintas dalam benak saya kalau dia tega menduakan saya. dan yang paling saya benci adalah perempuan pengacau itu, dia sudah tau kalau kami hubungan serius tetapi kenapa masih saja mendekati pacar saya???????????
sungguh amat sakit sekali atas pengkhianatannya, masih teringat jelas janji setia dan pertunangan itu. kini semua itu hancur begitu saja,tak ada lagi canda tawa serta guraunya. entah sampai kapan saya benar-benar bisa mema'afkan mereka, melepasnya dgn ikhlas, sungguh saya belum mampu. namun saya kan slalu berusaha merelakan mu untuknya.
hanya saja memang saya akan menonton sampai d mana kebahagiaan mereka d atas derita saya.

A. BACKGROUND
Pada era Globalisasi Bahasa Inggris sangatlah penting. Bahasa Inggris menjadi Bahasa Internasional . Perkembangan dan kemajuan daerah dalam memahami dan menggunakan Bahasa Inggris, akhir-akhir ini semakin nampak di seluruh daerah pelosok di Indonesia.
Bentuk lembaga pembelajaran sangatlah banyak di lingkungan sekitar kita, English Department Course (EDCO) merupakan lembaga bimbingan belajar yang bergerak dalam bidang perkursusan dan pengembangan berbahasa asing yaitu Bahasa Inggris yang merupakan Bahasa Internasional.
Dalam dunia kerja, akhir-akhir ini semakin nampak dan menunjukan jati diri dari perusahaan masing-masing. Hampir di seluruh perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan yang memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris karena untuk menunjang kualitas kerja karyawan
Disisi lain dunia kerja juga membutuhkan pengetahuan berbahasa inggris yang baik. Di era global ini banyak instansi ataupun perusahaan yang menuntut karyawan mereka mampu berkomunikasi dengan bahasa inggris untuk menunjang usaha mereka. Hampir diberbagai instansi mewajibkan para karyawan mereka bisa berbahasa inggris dengan baik. Dengan kata lain, Bahasa Inggris merupakan Bahasa Internasional dimana setiap orang harus mampu menguasainya.
Dari situlah kami, EDCO, yang juga bergerak dalam dunia pendidikan yang khususnya perkursusan bahasa inggris mencoba untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perkembangan mereka dalam penguasaan bahasa inggris dan juga menawarkan perkursusan bahasa inggris untuk menunjang kemampuan setiap karyawan dalam dunia kerja mereka. Sehingga, mereka dapat bersaing dengan instansi lain di era globalisasi ini.
Dengan adanya pemikiran-pemikiran di atas tersebut, maka kami, EDCO bermaksud untuk menawarkan perkursusan Bahasa Inggris yang sekiranya menunjang kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan Bahasa Inggris. Dalam hal ini dapat kami wujudkan dalam kegiatan perkursusan Bahasa Inggris.
B. TUJUAN KEGIATAN

Sahabat
Apa sesungguhnya arti sahabat?????
Sahabat itu layaknya soulmate,layaknya alam dengan air yang selalu saling membutuhkan.
Teman dalam tawa,tangis,dan duka serta selalu ada saat kita membutuhkan. banyak teman selama ini di samping ku, namun hanya beberapa saja diantaranya yang bisa mengerti dan menerima ku.
Terkadang aku merasa iri dengan orang lain, mereka bisa mendapatkan para sahabat yang benar-benar kompak. tidak seperti diri ku. mengapa itu bisa terjadi????????????
apakah aku tak layak seperti mereka???????????? Y Allah... sungguh aku rindu masa-masa dahulu, saat aku mempunyai sahabat yang begitu baik dan menyayangiku. Walau kami jalin persahabatan itu hanya dalam waktu 3tahun namun itu semua sudah buat kami layaknya saudara.dan persahabatan itu masih utuh sampai sekarang, sungguh aku bahagia memiliki sahabat sepertinya.
walau jarak itu adalah jurang kami, namun kami tak menganggap itu sebagai hambatan.
Tetapi, sekarang walau banyak teman di samping ku namun aku merasa sendiri. Karena begitulah kenyataannya, aku sedih sekali.

VALIDITY AND RELIABILITY
Validity refers to the appropriatenss of the interpretations of test results..... Reliability refers to the consistency of test results.... Both are important concepts in the development and use of achievement tests..... Validity is most important ..... but reliability provides the consistency that makes validity possible, and indicates the confidence to be placed in test interpretations.
The two most important qualities to consider in the preparation and use of achievement tests are validity and reliability. Both are essential to effective testing and should be understood by anyone working with tests even though it is frequently unnecessary to make elaborate validation and reliability studies of informal achievement tests, a clear grasp of these concepts will contribute to skill in test construction and test interpretation.
METHODS OF DETERMINING VALIDITY
In a very general sense, validity is concerned with the extent to which tests results serve their intended use. Questions of validity in the first instance are concerned with what behavioral responses are being measured by the test, and the second instance with how closely the scores on the test are related to some other valued performance. Thus, “questions of validity are questions of what may properly be inferred from a test score”(American Psychological Association 1974). Specifically, validity refers to the appropriateness of the interpretations of test results(typically with regard to some practical use of the test result).
The concept of validity, as used in testing, can be clarified further by nothing the following general point:
1. Validity refers to the interpretation of test results(not to the test it self).
2. Validity is inferred from available evidence(not measured).
3. Validity is specific to a particular use (selection, placement, evaluation, of learning, and so forth).
4. Validity is expressed by degree(for example, high, moderate, or low).

My Holiday
On even semester vacation usually I’m come back in my hometown. Holiday make happy because holiday is cut it out study in the campus or do the assignment from the lecture. Vacation on the even semester usually since one until two month. When after finish the final exam three day later I’m get going from Solo. In my hometown I can be on the road with my friends to the beach or the mall. If we are going to the beach, we are swimming in there. Or if we are go to the mall, we are shopping and watching the film in the 21. I likes traveling with my friends, they are so care and so fun, because that sometime we need for ages if we are traveling. When we be over traveling, we have dinner together before go home. Sometime, we get going the beach on evening because we like seem the sunrise. Sunrise is so beautiful on evening

I have one nephew, he name is Ghani. He is three years old, and he is a son my sister.He is smart, active, and funny. I love and miss him so much. Usually he call me auntie, he like plays football and mechanic. If he come my home, he is always played a tape recorder. My tape is broken because he is practicing. My Hometown
I live in Lampung city. Lampung is tapis city. Tapis is the cloth to sawing of hand and usually use the gold thread. Sometime people use the tapis when tradition ceremony or formal agenda. The location Lampung at tip of island Sumatra. Lampung divided five section such as, East Lampung, West Lampung, North Lampung, South Lampung, and Central of Lampung. My home at South Lampung, exactly my home at Pringsewu.
The culture of Lampung is dance. The dance name is Bedana. Lampung has a special food is seruit. Lampung famous with the result of the gardener coffee. The tourist resort such as, Pasir Putih, Pulau Pasir, Kalianda Resort, Mutun the beach, Lembah Hijau, Way Kambas, etc. When vacation of semester, I always come back in my hometown. My boyfriend invite me goes to Mutun the beach. Mutun is beautiful beach. In there I love of that view, and I likes the grass of see. Mutun has the water boom so high, nice, and absorbing. Way Kambas is the zoo special of elephant. If you go to Way Kambas, you can see the elephant live. You can know where they life and some activity they are. Many children likes to up elephant, than they are take some picture with elephant.
Lampung has University very much, such as UNILA, UBL, SABURAI, MALAHAYATI, TEKNOKRAT, etc. When people vacation in Lampung, usually they were will buy souvenir and buy kerupuk kemplang.

Traveling with best friend
Maya is a sweet girl,care,and charming.She have a best friend, but her friend is a boy. His name is Leo, Leo is a son from her mother's friend. She know if the boy is smart, so she always feel very happy and enjoy with him.where there Maya have Leo there, they are always the both if want to go anywhere.Sometime, Leo invite Maya to go Bandung. They are go to by Air Plane. When in Bandung they are live in the his uncle home.They are have planing one weeks stay in Bandung.In Bandung they are go to Puncak,they are roads around at the Garden Tea. What the air in Bandung so cold,many peolpe like Bandung. They are see the view so nice,Maya say" I love Bandung". They want next time can come in Bandung again. One weeks later they are come back in Surabaya.
